We’re so happy to announce that The Mash-Up Americans is making the Young Neighbors podcast with Fred Rogers Productions! It’s their first-ever original podcast, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to be part of it.
Young Neighbors is a delightful and thoughtful show about kids in America and their everyday lives, told in their own voices. It’s made for kids ages 8 to 11 and their families. We’ll travel to neighborhoods across the country to hear about kids’ feelings, their families and their communities, plus all the sounds that make each place feel like home.
The show asks the same question we’ve been asking from the start: what’s it like to be an American? We’ve always believed stories change lives, and getting to build on Fred Rogers’ legacy of kindness and curiosity is a total dream.
Young Neighbors launches in 2027 with 12 full-length episodes and 12 minis. Stay tuned for more!
