We celebrate our podcast’s first birthday with John Maeda, design legend, technologist, artist, and the global head of design and inclusion of Automattic, the company that basically runs every website you visit. We discuss optimism, hope, and how to make a radical vision of inclusion a reality: basically, everything that sustains us and you. How will you shape the future?

For those of you on autopilot, you don’t have to work that hard. That’s why I’ve changed fields a lot, because once I know how to do something, I lose interest. And you don’t grow. So I’d say it’s good you don’t fit in.
